Awaze
Over the course of the past 20 months, we have been delighted to partner with “byMichaelHansen training” to deliver leadership development training to over 300 of our people leaders across Europe.
As our business continues to evolve and grow, our goal was to equip our leaders at all levels with the skills to support their teams to improve individual and organizational performance, manage a fast pace of change and continue to embed the Awaze values and build the Awaze culture.
The development was facilitated virtually and exceeded our expectations.
