Training sessions were action led and packed with strategies we could apply right there and then, vs highly theoretical concepts that never get any traction. This was massively important for us as a team and for me as the leader.
Today we can communicate more effectively and collaborate in a more structured way. It will make us stronger, faster, and more agile as a team. We all agree that working with Michael was very easy, but also that he wouldn’t let us “get away” with not being reflective, pro-active and doing the work needed.
